Daily pay down

I Try my best not to use Daily pay but everyone at my store says it hasn't been updating and the balance went to 0, my GM says it could be because they are changing how the drivers get paid but none of us are drivers so why is it affecting us/how long could it take to go back to normal its been a week and 2 coworkers are upset because they don't enough money to last until pay day
