Is there any Source for mathematically structuring a optimal cooling solution with water cooling?

I've been getting into custom cooling for a bit now, I'm really interested in making water cooling loops designed around set component and their heat, in a architecturally challenging cases.

One problem I face over and over again is the lack of information, especially math wise, in regards to essentially every step of cooling.

I know not the formula for how much heat dissipates from a radiator in a given configuration, I know not how fin density or thickness, or fan speed affect the heat dissipation.
