Are Dubai real estate agents serious?

Im not an agent, but Im in the industry (manage family property).

What im seeing is a lot of investors are losing trust in agents from social media banging on about distressed deals and now is perfect time to buy blah blah.

Whilst there's some truth to that, its just causing mass distrust with dormant investors.

Even with that panic-selling website, built by an american, only showing below market deals.

it creates the opposite effect.

So, I decided to build a free, transparent website that shows you when deals are happening, compared to pre-war priced.

Its using AI to give you everything you need, faster than anywhere else.

Anyway, I've had my fair share of BS agents selling me stuff but sometimes it goes too far.

Nobody wants to hear the market is crashing..UAE is strong.

Im not an agent but I had 400+ a day users, and quite a few leads who messaged me instead of brokers because of this site.

I've thrown that website in my groupchats and had home buyers thank me because finally...something transparent.

What do you guys think? Are these distressed deals BS?
