[An Alternate Solution] Kamishiro Rui - SSR Pal Support Card Profile

His Secret: He doesn’t deal with being called ‘weird’ well
Rui is a man of complexity. He can let his mind, however brilliant it is, run away from him at times. On a good day, that might lead to a revelation that revolutionises how an Umamusume performs. On a bad one, it might instead lead to several complications that can easily disrupt their capabilities. Being able to take a long-term perspective will be very useful in this regard, so you can better differentiate the impulsive from the genuinely realisable options Rui provides.
If the technology and the means to provide it aren’t too unthinkable though, there’s no need to hesitate. For all of his eccentricities, he’s a highly capable engineer. Whether it be scenario simulators, alternate weather systems or programmable opponent racers, there are plenty of ways he can create an advantageous environment to promote development. After all, it’s not as if an ordinary person could’ve created a robot of Takerobo’s calibre.
Because of this, working optimally with Rui will involve being the brawn to Rui’s brains. You’ll need to guide your trainees in how to best use the technology or follow the plan that Rui concocts, potentially leading to feedback that can inspire adjustments or new creations. Thanks to this, it can feel like Rui is being a little off-handed about his trainees, but you’ll just need to keep reminding them and yourself that everything he does is to make life easier for all of you.
So, will you be teaming up with him as a Co-Trainer? And what can you offer his trainees that he doesn’t already provide? Remember: only one Trainer may be his Co-Trainer, so make the most convincing offer you can in the comments.
