ESA new style missing payments

Hi from UK England

I'm wondering if anyone can advise me on what to because this as been the 3 month now that I had missing payments from ESA..😢

I used to be on old legacy ESA and Im in the support group over 25 and I used to get income and contribution based ESA payments every 2weeks

I had the immigration letter so I moved and migrated over to UC from old legacy ESA and as far as I am aware I'm still in support group now and was told that my new style ESA would all move over to my UC claim

I'm in the none working group and no activity group for my UC aswelI

I have accepted my commitments did everything I needed to do no missed appointments etc

I Started getting paid UC November 8th 2025 and was told that this new style ESA was 140 every 2weeks on a Wednesday and uc explained everything to me on my journal and bout my UC payments

But then on February 4th of this year I had 2 missing payments I had no letters no called no to do lists or messages on my UC journal so I called them up and explained i hadn't been paid for 2weeks they did pay me the next day
Then march 18th came same thing happened again missed payment again and so I call them up and explained that it was the second time now I had to call bout missing payments the owed me can you tell the manager that I like a call back to discuss the situation more

They never called me and just sent text messages bout the missed payment would be made

And Today is now 1st of April and I not been paid again today I just wish I new what to do and if anyone having same issues since migrated over to UC what did you do to resolve this issue or situation

Because I don't know what I can do or say what I haven't done already thankyou
