Mod Announcement: Rule 12

#Semper Reformanda!

In accordance with the spirit of the Reformation, the moderators have seen fit to embrace the mantra Regulae Semper Reformanda Est. - The rules must always be reformed.

Rules 1 - 9 remain in full force and effect. Additionally, all users must comply with any and all new rules announced today. Violations may incur warnings, bans, flairs, fines, detentions, and/or the revocation of parking privileges.

Remember not to take yourself too seriously.

RULE 12
