I swear its real

I have a really vivid memory of there being a scene in the east blue where the villain(i think alvida or buggy) is talking to luffy but I cant find this interaction when rewatching it with my family. I swear this was real and i kept waiting for it on the rewatch only for it to not happen.

villain: why are you just standing there?

Luffy: Im waiting.

villain: waiting for what?

Luffy: my fist

And its then revealed he was winding up a gum gum pistol offscreen while they were talking.

This really happened, Im not crazy, i swear it did.
