i just lost my account from 2019

my account got suspended for “child safety” , then i got it un-suspended. and given a “child self endangerment” violation. i don’t believe this to be true at all so i sent another request to have it reviewed, and now im suspended again. and im unable to see the violation because it wont let me log in because my “account is disabled”. this is really frustrating... I've been running a server for three years that I've put a lot of effort into. And I also have a lot of messages and memories I wanted to keep. I tried to submit an age update because I'm not a minor, but it told me to do it through the app which I can't do. I don't really know what to do and I'm kind of just venting.
