What mount should I get first?

So I’m about 13 hours in and I’m still in Hernand. But I’m getting bored of the horse I have now so I think it’s time for an upgrade. What’s the closest and easiest mount to get? Im fine with anything whether it’s a horse or a bear just let me know.
