Hat requirement?

I just got hired and asked my people leader if hats were required, she didn’t give me a straight answer, it’s either they give me one or I have to buy one from the spark shop, if I’m required to wear one as a overnight stocker, is there a secret employee portal to order one or just public in the spark shop?
