Bad Internet Connection

Hi everyone,
I’m having a problem with my wireless internet connection near my desk. I don’t think it’s due to bad Wi‑Fi placement because my laptop, which is in the exact same spot, works perfectly fine.

When I use my phone’s mobile data as a hotspot, the connection quality is also poor (low signal and frequent disconnects). I thought it might be a faulty external Wi‑Fi adapter, but the same issue happens on two different devices.

Any ideas what could be causing this?
