Supplements effects?

Dear all,

In the research articles discussing PSSD treatment*, as well as in the Examine.com article 'Libido & Sexual Function Supplement Guide', the authors propose several supplements as potential treatment options for sexual dysfunction.

In this group, I have seen some positive, neutral and negative experiences related to these supplements.

What if we try collecting more opinions in a more systematic way, starting with the comments under this post?

Supplements:

- Panax ginseng

- Maca

- Arginine / Cirtrulline

- Yohimbine

- Tongkat ali

- Fenugreek

- Tribulus terrestris

- Ginko Biloba

- Saffron

- EDOVIS

- Probiotics

- Horny goat weed

- Damiana

I can start by saying that:

1

My symptoms after 4 months of Sertraline 50 mg 2,5 years ago are low libido and inconsistent erections. (I have also taken St John’s Wort and Ashwagandha KSM66 for 2 months each, but did not notice any negative effect of those on my sexual function).

2

Arginine and Cirtrulline 3 g daily: clearly improved my erections, almost to the level of Cialis, but more long-term and without headache.

3

Cordyceps: no effect.

4

Saffron: no effect.

5

Shilajit: maybe a slight improvement of desire.
