Drops in Uber Eats sales
Has anyone else been experiencing a drop in Uber Eats sales recently? We've had about a £8k drop monthly for the past few months and I can't figure out why. Our deliveroo, just eat and in store sales are pretty steady and it's just uber which has had this sudden drop.
I spoke to our account manager and he said to increase ads spend and run different offers which I'm doing now.
Has anyone been experiencing similar issues or have they had this in the past? Uber is unfortunately quite a big chunk of our business so this drop in sales really hurts us especially with all the increasing in business rates, rent, wages etc.
I've attached March's payout for this year and last.
