Need help!!

Hi all.

I got my surgery done from Jivan Jyoti Hospital, Pimple Saudagar (Rahatani). After the surgery I travelled hometown and did not collect medically unfit certificate to avail work from home.

If anyone is around that area, I would really appreciate them getting the certificate and sending a picture of it to me. I do not have anyone I know residing in that area.

I am willing to pay as well.
