Kili Oso - Timeworn Bridge

I've finished the main plot and now doing the bounty hunter side quests.

My current one is for Kili Oso. I can't go to either of the two closest meditation points for some reason, so I travelled to Timeworn Bridge.

I need to actually get on the bridge but haven't found a way to do that.

Need to go in the direction that's backwards relative to the main plot's progression - crossing the bridge. Found a hole that kind of leads to the bridge but there is wind and cannot make the jump to the bridge.

Is there a trick for getting back there?
