GrabPay to Maya Uncredited Transfer

Hi! Anyone here who experienced issues transferring money back from Grab to Maya? More than 5 hours na, but the amount is not yet reflecting to my Maya Wallet. This is the first time that happened to me after almost a year of doing the Grab x Maya hack.

I tried calling customer services of Grab and Maya and they both confirmed that the transactions were completed. Grab has a notification that funds were transferred but none from Maya’s end.

I’m frustrated and anxious because no one can confirm from both banks where my money went. I created support tickets for both banks and reported to BSP to facilitate escalation.

Wondering if anyone had the same or almost same experience, how they were solved, and when did they return the money.
