Applied on Apna for Bajaj Life Insurance job, they’re asking me to pay a fee?

So I applied for a job (team leader/sales role) through Apna, and HR reached out. But in the job details it says I’ll have to pay ₹618 after getting selected, for some IRDA exam.

Is this normal or kinda sketchy?

Has anyone dealt with this before, especially with insurance companies like Bajaj Life? Just don’t wanna fall into something shady.

Would appreciate any advice!
