What upgrades did you find to be worth it?

So I’ve received a couple bids from builders for a basic 70-80 perimeter linear saltwater pool with 2 led lights. Keeping it simple. One bid was plaster, another was mini pebble. Both came in about $10,000 under budget. My partner and I are trying to see where to allocate that extra $10k.

Some options we’re thinking is a waterfall feature, making the pool bigger, or using it for landscaping. I’m sure there are other upgrades are out there that we aren’t thinking about.

Our budget is small, I know, but what has been worth it for you?
