Anywhere I can watch the PM's 7pm nationwide address tonight??

I heard these national addresses are pretty important - only the third one in 30 years. I've never experienced one before. Are we supposed to all gather at a pub or other communal hall, stand to attention around the central TV, hold our hats and listen to the PM? I want to console my crying fellows in real time.
