What are your absolute deal-breakers, and how do you determine if a woman is worth respect?

I’m looking for some blunt honesty here. I want to understand the mechanics behind how men categorize the women they interact with and the expectations that drive those views. What about girls makes you just tolerate or disregard? What are the specific traits or actions that earn that from you?
