Had a really bad flashback last night

I had a body flashback yesterday night and my body is in excruciating pain because of what i think are the after effects. Either way it's really agonising. Pain killers aren't even close to bringing relief or easing the pain at all. I have an exam in 30 minutes and then i have to go home with the bus for an hour and having to walk quite a lot before i'm home. I just want today to be over so i can go in my bed and rest. I have only had about 3 hours of sleep.
