Mgba ok/cancel not working

Hello I am at a loss, I cant figure out why A/B swap wont work on the mgba core for retroarch. It works on every thing else but I cannot get B to be my primary select button. (RP6 if that helps so b is the bottom of the face buttons). It messes with me going back and forth from ps2 and GBA. If anyone knows thanks in advance!
