Both Realism and Scifi on game???

Its there a mod or fork that has both DDA's Realism and mechanics, and BN's Scifi Additions, or maybe a mod that brings back the stuff that was deleted? If such mod does not exist, why not create a mod that brings back all the removed stuff? making it completely optional
