Account temporarily suspended

My account was suspended, and I honestly don’t understand why. I’ve already tried contacting support, but it’s been 3 days and I still haven’t received any response.

I’ve seen that a lot of people seem to be having the same issue, so I’m wondering how long did it take before your account was restored? And did support even reply?
