WHAT IS IT CALLED WHEN YOU’RE NOT SUICIDAL BUT JUST REALLY TIRED OF BEING ALIVE?

I don’t really know how to explain this properly, but I’ve been feeling really tired of being alive lately. Not in a way where I want to hurt myself or anything, just… exhausted with everything. Like I wish I could just pause life for a while or disappear and rest.

Is there a name for this feeling? And does anyone else go through this? And how did you deal with it?
