Was given a low 5 digit windfall, add to existing traditional or create roth?

Investing

Me (22M) was given a windfall in the low 5 digits and am trying to determine what is the best long term strategy for it. I have a 401k through my employer, a rollover ira (just money from a previous employer 401k), and then a brokerage. I have a fully funded emergency fund so no reason for it to go there.

The rollover IRA has like 800 bucks in it, should I put this windfall $ in there or should I create a roth and put as much in there as possible?

(There is enough to max the roth for the year, question is more so do I do that then put the rest somewhere else or just put it all in the rollover ira OR even the brokerage)
