Returning to the game and don’t have the eyes of the enemy quest (infernal hordes)

I’m playing with my friend who got the quest and is getting the compasses to drop but the quest isn’t there for me and I’ve not had any drop, we’ve been in the same lobby since reaching torment.

I’ve tried restarting the game, relogging, changing difficulty etc and still no quest
