Endo vs PCOS symptoms?

I got diagnosed with PCOS thru irregular periods, high free testosterone, insulin resistance & masses on both of my ovaries thru internal ultrasound

I felt like when I got diagnosed i got dismissed when talking about my pain

i have pain during and after intercourse, EXTREMELY painful periods (throwing up from pain, getting light headed, nearly passing out), lots of huge blood clots during period, butt lightening that lasts for hours before and during my period, stomach and back pain outside of my period that lasts for hours.

I was put on a higher dose combo pill which made me so sick, bleeding and passing clots everyday, cramps everyday that made me have to stay in bed. i went back to the doctor and they told me to alternate ibuprofen and Tylenol. i did and it did nothing. i got a rash from how much i was bleeding

i'm switching doctors and seeing them in two weeks. are all of these symptoms PCOS related or could it also be something else?
