Are there any markets that offer Easter meals?

Hi I live in Detroit but I drive all around the state.. I was busy and I was wondering if there are any markets that offer any Easter meats. I don't do Honeybaked Ham anymore because I ate it every Easter for over 30 years. I don't mind the drive but I hope I can find some meat to cook on Sun.
