Fatigue, muscle weakness/aches, brain fog

Does anyone else’s allergies present as extreme fatigue, full body muscle aches, severe brain fog to the point of not being functional at all? I do not experience itchy eyes, a runny nose, hives, etc. I have confirmed allergies to tree pollen, grasses, weeds, mold, dust mites, cats, and dogs, as confirmed by an allergist. I take Allegra, montelukast, and 1 mg LDN every day and use Nasacort. These barely make a dent in the symptoms. I haven’t encountered many people whose allergies present like mine.

(I have been doing allergy shots since December to all of the allergens to hopefully help with this in the long run)
