Denied - Charges still pending

I tried purchasing the 3 month promo of triz but I got a denied prompt at the end of the application. I sent an email to support asking for input for the denial but they weren’t able to assist. I’ll just reorder from refill or one of the other vendors. My question is, I have a pending charge from March 30. Is it safe to assume the charge will be reversed in the 2-3 days?
