PC start button not working after shutting off PC on quick startup

Hello everyone, I’ve been having a weird issue with my PC, and I’ll do my best to explain it. This PC has worked perfectly for months with absolutely no issues until now.

The problem occurs when the PC is shut off. The power button does not turn it on at all. The PC does eventually turn on, but only after I turn the PSU off and then back on. Once the PC is on, the power button works just fine, and the system runs perfectly, even under heavy gaming or anything else I throw at it.

One temporary solution that has worked is turning off Fast Startup, which allows the PC to turn on without any issues. However, when the PC is off with Fast Startup enabled, I notice that the lights on my mouse start flickering on and off. Sleep mode also doesn’t seem to work anymore. The PC goes into sleep, then immediately turns back on. Thank you in advance for the help!
