Rocks with no car!

Hi! I have a work trip in May and it will be my first trip to Vegas, and the west in general. Personally, I am not into gambling or spending much money in general.

I was hoping to visit somewhere nature based, but more desserty and rocky than somewhere like the Wetlands. I would not have transportation, so bonus points if there are any events or shuttles that will take you away for some good views.
