Whats your opinion on Ghibli films?

Personally I don't find them that special, I've only watched a few and the only one I actually really enjoy is Princess Mononoke. If you ask me if I had to pick one anime movie to give an Oscar to, I'd pick something like A Silent Voic over a Ghibli film. What's your take?
