Is this normal ? F20 M19

Hi! So me and my boyfriend have been dating for a bit and it’s been a lot of fighting because of his jealousy issues. I unaddressed every guy off insta, Snapchat, and even my contact list to make him happy. Right now we’re in Florida and the other day he got mad at me because I accidentally stared too long at this dude. He said it’s embarrassing to be seen with me and wanted to break up but we fixed it. This morning I told him that I wanted to go and sun tan in the tiny pool we have behind the apartment complex here. I said I would go in 40 mins but I checked the UV and saw it was dropping so I went more around 20 mins. I said I was gonna go and if he wanted to come and all he said was “now?” And I was like yeah I’m gonna go cuz the UV is dropping and he said nothing. I come back and he said he’s leaving for a couple hours with the car because I didn’t leave in 40 mins to tan and that because I didn’t something without him now he’s gonna do things without me. And he’s mad at me and took the car we’re both sharing so now I can’t really go anywhere without uber. I don’t know what to do with this behavior. I feel like maybe I’m also the problem because I didn’t wait for him.
