Apartment Questions: Baseline 158

Hi hi,

I wanted to ask about people’s experience living in Baseline 158. Heavily considering Baseline 158. It would be less than $2,400 for 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1,130 square feet. Nice floor plan, plenty of space in kitchen, updated appliances.

I currently live in West End District, unit is right along TV HWY. IT IS LOUD. My question about Baseline is, do you feel the traffic is loud? How is neighbor noise?

I have toured the following & they are a no go: Pallas, apartments were unimpressive compared to other complexes at similar price range. The vibe of the overall community’s exterior was a bit off. The Miles at South Cooper, was a contender for sure. This one will be further from our jobs with less amenities. Modera, the most expensive floor plan wouldn’t accommodate my couch. The layouts are difficult to navigate.

I am open to other suggestions if it would come close to my price range for amount of rooms, bathrooms & square feet. :)
