I recently got into LPs after coming across a secondhand Audio Technica TT on Facebook Marketplace and some small Klipsch reference speakers I had for a home theater setup from before. Then I got hooked on that vinyl sound and decided to step it up with this setup.

Klipsch RP600M speakers

I really enjoyed the sound of these and they were the best I could find at my budget of around $300ish for a pair. Also for the space I have, although I am still kind of regretting not getting the smaller RP500Ms, I went with the bigger is better mantra for the same price.

I have wall mounts for these speakers but I am kinda liking how they are right now and might get better isolation for the base for now.

Fluance RT83 Turntable

I love the look and quality of this and it's a huge step up from my Audio Technica AT PL50. however I do miss the auto start, and tone arm auto return features. The auto stop feature on the Fluance is not too convincing.

Receiver is a Sony STR-DH190

I got this open box (everything looked brand new) for $165. Great 2 channel amp at 100w per channel (matches the performance of the Klipsch speakers) and has Bluetooth and FM which is all I wanted this for.

overall I feel like a kid with his new toy for Christmas but now I'm going too crazy on collecting LPs and trying to figure out if I'm missing something with this set-up or doing something wrong.

What I consider my first entry into this audiophile hobby
