i can shoot, i can nade, but i don't know where to look. Need advice

I need help with that the name of the topic says. My aim is not bad, i know some smokes on some maps, i can flick pretty well, but the issue with me that makes me play badly is that i don't know where to look.

For example, mirage. I am T side, pushing top mid. And i have at least three points of where can i look - con, window and short. From all three directions, and the enemy can be there in any of it. And i know what you might think about using smokes and that's it. But sometimes it's not an option. I have three directions of where to look, and i don't know where. I instantly get scared and i just fricking freeze, fellas. I just freeze with no idea what to do next - go or stay. It's the fear that i have troubles with. Because i just know that no matter in what direction i am looking, i just KNOW the enemy will be in the other one. And checking each direction milimeter by milimeter will just make the timer go to zero and i will still lose. And i can't help it, maybe this is the main reason of why i am so weak. Would really appreciate if anybody would give me an advice on how to help it. Thank you in advance.
