FIRE RED) Soft reset after ACE?

So I am now at 14.000 Soft resets for either hitmonlee or eeve, and I just want to RNG manip (but I cant get a single shiny in over 80 hours) so I want to get my SID via ACE, but someone on discord was quite ouraged when I said that I may do this and said "WHO TOLD YOU TO DO THIS".

So I am wondering if doing ACE (find SID) and then Soft reset to "undo" the ace stuff will brick my save file?

Cause some people said its fine and some said you cant revert the ACE / mail glitch.
