To be or not to be a BCBA?

I’m finishing up my bachelors and looking into a masters program. I’m still unsure of what path I want to go. BCBA is one of them and I’m looking for some guidance on pros and cons.

I worked in special education specifically for children on the autism spectrum (mod/severe) for 6 years before transitioning into general education. So I know how draining and burnt out the job may look like, but maybe being a BCBA would have different outlooks/schedules than what mine looked like before.
