Bad day for me

I ordered 6000$ worth of pc parts from newegg 2 weeks ago, long story short the memory is defective and failed mem86 test. Biggest mistake of my life was throwing the box away. Its been few years since i bought anything from newegg, and i didnt realize i shouldve kept the black box. Newegg was kind enough to let me return for store credit, here where things takes a wide turn, i return the package using my own label from pirate ship confirms the address for next day delivery thinking that will make the store credit process faster.

Item got delivered yesterday, shows somebody signed on it called newegg spoke with 5 different agents and they confirmed by the warwhouse item was never scanned. U would think no big deal u would go make a claim, and get your money back, comes to find out i only had the badic 100$ limit on the package, and the memory worth 600$ all my fault, i feel im about to cry and pull my hair, i just placed another order for the same memory 637$ im pulling my hair and feel i just want to throw up, all my fault i know just wanted to vent.
