Who owns the pub?

In tonight's Emmerdale Chas said something to Liam about owning the pub. I'm pretty sure Ryan owns most of it and Charity part of it too. Chas just manages it and for some reason lives there even though if I were Ryan id live there seeing as I own the damn thing. Have I missed something?
