How do you record Arpeggiator MIDI output from a VST? (Not Audio, just the MIDI result)

How do you capture the resulting MIDI notes from lets say the Arturia Jun-6 V (VST) internal arpeggiator onto a instrument track. I mean the resulting MIDI notes not the initial original ones.

I been struggling trying to figure this out without any luck. Hopefully someone knows how this is done, unless Studio Pro simply cant do that.
