Help in identifying a song from September 9, 2018 DPRK military parade

Hello,
I'm trying to identify a song played during the September 9, 2018 North Korean military parade (70th anniversary of the DPRK).

After analyzing the video, the section I'm referring to starts around 1:04:27 and ends around 1:05:51. I'm fairly sure this is only a short excerpt, and that the full song is longer than the 1 minute 24 seconds part heard in the parade.

Here is the video:

I've already compared it with several commonly suggested songs, but none seem to match so far. Since DPRK parade bands often use shortened or rearranged versions, it could also be an instrumental or modified arrangement.

Does anyone recognize this march song, or know if there's a list of songs used during the 2018 parade?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
