Souvenir cups?

So I have a feeling the general feeling will be "F Them!" regardless of what the true answer is but I am going to ask...

Has anyone actually confirmed one way or another with the Orioles IF you can bring back your souvenir cups for multiple games? I saw plenty of people do it last year but I had never heard if they technically were supposed to be able to do that or not...

Last year as a Birdland Member I had access to the clubhouse that came with soda so I did not see the big deal because as part of my membership I was given a soda cup every game anyway.... Well they took that away from us so I am wondering if I can just bring a souvenir cup back or not... Well I can its not a banned item but is filling it up for "free" or not is the question.
