BRTC running shoes

Hi i’m just preparing for basic and had some questions regarding running shoes. I have a pair of running shoes that i love to wear however they have a carbon plate in so i presume they won’t be allowed?? My other pair of running shoes are normal but they are a really bright colour so would this be okay or shall i just wear the issued ones when i’m there or do i get a pair of black running shoes?
