Elecom Deft Pro stutter on Bluetooth.

I’m having a issue with my new Elecom Deft Pro when using Bluetooth on Linux Mint. It feels like it’s lagging/stuttering just a tiny amount, which makes it annoying to use. What’s strange is my Logitech Ergo M575 works perfectly over Bluetooth on the same system. If I use the included USB dongle with the Deft Pro, it’s completely smooth. So it seems like it’s specifically a Bluetooth issue with the Elecom, or in combination with Linux. Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas what could be causing it?
