Why is the WGA Board Actively Union Busting It's Own Staff?

Hi all - Why is the WGA Board Actively Union Busting? What are they getting out of this? Especially supposedly pro-left folks like Adam Conover? Big villian vibes.

The WGA Staff strike is in Week 7 with no good faith negotiation in sight. The board, including Adam, took away their health care the first chance they could.

They are asking for so little. If we want to be a pro-labor force in LA, we need to support the striking workers and disavow those who are ACTIVELY harming them.

Please read up on the union's demands - follow them on IG/donate to their strike fun. Pressure the board and local politicians - Nithya has failed to stand in solidarity with the strike as well.
