Nobody can give me answers 18F

Hello! I’m an 18 year old female, and I’ve been very sick lately.

It started with me waking up Saturday night and throwing EVERYTHING up, even when I drank water. Threw up about 11 times, started getting lower left back pain, went to urgent care, was told my back pain was unrelated and that I probably had a stomach bug. My heart rate was also up due to dehydration. Got prescribed anti-nausea meds.

Fast forward 5 hours, I’m still throwing up, lower back pain is getting worse, I’m weak and achy, so I go to the ER. I got a urine test done…it was a dark brown/amber color, but only a few things were barely abnormal, my blood pressure was 140/131, got an IV and a CAT scan (which detected nothing but a 4mm nodule in my lung and my spleen being enlarged at 15.5cm) just to be told I had a UTI and POSSIBLY a kidney infection…but I have had countless of UTIs as the women in my family are very sensitive, and I can sense a UTI from a mile away, let alone if it’s bad enough to send me to the ER…but I didn’t even feel like it was a possibility because I had 0 symptoms?

But anyways, fast forward to Wednesday, I’m now on Cephalexin (500mg 4 times a day), still getting stabbing pains, but it’s the lower left abdomen now? Stomach problems (as expected with antibiotics), but for the past 2 days, I’ve also had a cough and a sore throat? Which could be an unrelated virus. But there’s one more thing…I have these small bumps appearing around my body, not in groups and there’s not a lot of them, probably 10 total, but they’re itchy and red.

Also, I don’t smoke, vape, do drugs, and I eat relatively healthy. I do drink alcohol on occasion though.

I’M SO CONFUSED PLEASE HELP ME!!
