Evanescia builds

of all the videos and showcases ive seen, do the builds not seem unrealistic? I know her trace gives lots of crit but still they seem unreachable without tons of farming. 150 speed, 60 crit and 250 crit damage? am I wrong or are these builds INSANELY good? my Saber with signature LC only has 136 speed, 220 crit damage and 64 crit for comparison and i thought that was really good.
